New agreements in place for patient transport
Taxi 1 has been awarded patient transport and welcomes the opportunity to provide health journeys. Transport is carried out by trained drivers in quality-assured vehicles.
Taxi 1 provides patient transport by agreement with Pasientreiser. Drivers are trained and carry visible ID.

The agreement with Helse Bergen
Helse Bergen for a period had temporary transport agreements for patient travel with requisitions, due to capacity challenges with the previous contracting party. New long-term agreements came into effect on December 19, 2022, and Taxi 1 was awarded the tender at Haukeland universitetssjukehus (5021) for regular taxi services to destinations in Bergen, Askøy and Øygarden.

If you are paying for the trip yourself, order via the Taxi 1-app, by e-mail post@taxi1.no or by calling our 24-hour dispatch center at 05501. We encourage everyone to pay their deductible with card or Vipps.
